Create a new DWORD Value(by right Clicking) or modify existing 'DisableTaskMgr' Key Double Click it and enter 0 or 1 (0 to disable and 1 to enable)
2-->In XP,GoTo Start->Run.Type prefetch.Press Enter.it shows prefetchedprograms&docs in explorer.U can safely delete them'll to clean up ur PC
3-->In XP, to insert current date/time in notepad press F5 key. Use 'Ctrl' +';' combination to insert current date in excel sheet
